Final Sale: All sales are considered final. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for defective items only.

Checking Items: When you receive your package, it is important to promptly check the items to ensure they are in working condition.

Providing Proof: In order to assist you with your request, we kindly ask you to provide us with proof of the defect. This can be done by describing the problem and sharing videos or photos via email.

Review and Solution: Our team at auxfun.co.uk will review your issue and provide suitable solutions based on the situation.

Return Process: If a return is required, please ensure that you return the item(s) with a tracking number to our warehouse. It is important to keep the original packaging. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your credit or replacement.

2. Incorrect item:

In the event that you receive a product that is completely different from the one you ordered, and we acknowledge that the mistake was on our part, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. This may involve sending you the correct product or providing a full refund if you choose not to have the correct item resent to you.

Describe the issue you encountered with the incorrect item by sending us photos or videos via email to contact@auxfun.co.uk.

Our team at auxfun.co.uk will review your concern promptly.
We will provide you with suitable solutions to address the issue.
If you discover a use for the incorrect item and prefer to keep it, you may suggest this to us, and we will offer you a certain discount on your purchase.

However, if you do not wish to keep the incorrect item, please return it to us. We will cover the shipping fees for the return. Before proceeding with the return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will provide you with a Return Number (RMA#) and the correct address to send the items back to. In order to process your return efficiently, we will require your Name and Order Number.

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your credit or replacement.

3. Address Corrections

As the individual responsible for inputting the accurate shipping address during the online checkout process, it is crucial to ensure the correctness of the provided information. Our fulfillment system relies on this data to generate shipping labels. In the event that an incorrect address is entered, it will be the user's responsibility to cover any fees associated with address correction or the potential non-receipt of merchandise due to inaccuracies. This encompasses specific details such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, and route boxes.

4. Back Orders

While we make every effort to maintain a comprehensive inventory of all the items listed in our catalog, there are occasions where we encounter circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from promptly receiving certain products or materials from our suppliers. Additionally, there may be instances where the volume of machine orders exceeds our usual capacity. In such cases, we will promptly dispatch all the available items from your order and subsequently ship the back-ordered item(s) without any additional shipping charges as soon as they become available. Please note that we do not offer back-order services for our international customers. If you happen to place an order for an out-of-stock item, we will promptly notify you via email.

5. How long the customers will receive refund?

We will initiate the refund process if the customer's order is eligible for a refund. It typically takes us 3 business days from the date of package receipt to process the credit or replacement. However, if the customer has paid using PayPal, customer can receive a refund within an hour.

6. Who pays the return shipping cost?

We will cover the shipping costs if customers receive incorrect or faulty products. However, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee if they want to return items without a valid reason. Kindly reach out to us at contact@auxfun.co.uk prior to initiating any returns.

7. Timeframe for processing returns/exchanges/refunds:

    We only accept return applications for products in progress due to quality problems.
    We can process the exchange for you within 2 hours after you place the order.
    If there is a problem with the product quality, you can apply for a refund/replacement within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Non-Refundable Iteams:

We don’t accept return or refund due to personal reason, for example, i don’t like the product or any Causes of other non-quality problems.
