Our company has warehouses in the UK, but occasionally popular products may be temporarily out of stock in these warehouses.

Free Shipping within the UK and EU:

We offer free shipping for orders within the UK and EU. However, if one or more products in your order are out of stock in your local warehouse, we will either arrange multiple package deliveries or ship the items from our warehouse in China.

Shipping outside the UK and EU:

For customers outside the UK and EU, you will need to pay the shipping fee based on the Worldwide Shipping standard provided during the checkout process. Additionally, please note that your country's customs may have specific policy requirements, and you may be responsible for paying any import fees imposed by your country's customs department upon package arrival.

Delivery Time:

Once an order is received, we will process it within one working day and arrange for prompt shipping.

Free Shipping Option:

If you choose the free shipping option, your package will typically arrive within 7-10 days. However, if any product in your order is out of stock in the local warehouse, the delivery time may be extended to 10-20 days to accommodate the sourcing of the item.

Expedited Shipping Option:

By selecting the expedited shipping option, you can expect your package to arrive within 4-7 days under normal circumstances. However, if any product in your order is out of stock at the local warehouse, the delivery time may be extended to 7-10 days. Rest assured, we will make every effort to choose the fastest shipping method available for your order.

Worldwide Shipping Option:

For packages sent through Worldwide Shipping, the estimated delivery time is typically 10-20 days.

Special Products:

Some items, due to their weight, volume, or shipping channel limitations, can only be shipped from China. Therefore, for these special products, we only provide international shipping options.

Once your order is shipped, we will update the tracking number in our system. If you do not receive timely updates or have any concerns, please contact us via email at contact@auxfun.co.uk. Delay

Due to uncontrollable objective factors, the arrival of goods may be delayed. When it happens, we will refund expedited shipping. Not applicable for international shipping.

Address

We don't ship to any PO BOX address, please use a physical address when you order.

For remote addresses, we will charge you a remote fee before dispatching the parcel.

The actual fee depends on the nature of the product, the weight of the package, your specific address and different carriers. We will explain in the email.
